Unolona Décor — Shalu Juneja

Craft Collective India · 5 of 38

A two-panel wall composition — two in black, two in indigo — mapping earth and water not as landscape but as memory. The marks of found metal objects embed themselves into the surface, much as the earth absorbs the traces of everything that has moved across it.

Slab-constructed box panels with black and indigo slip applied at the greenware stage. Sgraffito technique used to draw patterns; found objects including rusted gears, chains and nails pressed in to create texture. Finished with a black glaze wash and transparent overglaze.
