Palimpsest

Unolona Décor — Shalu Juneja

Craft Collective India · 9 of 38

A rectangular, vase-like form built from rough, overlapping slabs, its surface inscribed with words rendered illegible by intention. The earth speaks a language we have not learned to read. Brown and blue glazes map weather and change; metallic accents suggest resilience. The form does not resolve. It shifts.

Hand-built from overlapping clay slabs, roughly finished to expose texture and undulating surface. Brown and blue glaze wash applied with metallic glaze accents on select areas. Inscribed text worked into the surface.
